    My feedback is based just on the pitta bread bought. £. for a single slice of so called 'pitta Turkish bread' which is nothing else than a Tesco's pack pitta bread which is selling for £.. I just cannot go over this ripping off. Greek or turkish pitta bread is supposed to be tasty, nothing you can find and buy from the shelf, let alone to mentioned the 'hand made'..Why on earth you would put the efforts into making a nice meal and screw completely a simple pitta bread. I am sorry, might be overreacting but this is my last order from you guys.Greedy people out there...

    Deliveroo website malfunctioned and placed an order before competition. Called restaurant straight away who just laughed and refused not to start cooking it.Called deliveroo who placed a full refund. Only helpful person from restaurant was the driver.First time ordering with this restaurant but due to their customer service, won’t ever order from them.Plenty of others to choose from and you just drove us to your competitors.In response to your reply:Firstly, we phoned you straight away about the order and told you not to cook. You did laugh, you cooked it anyway and the tried to deliver.Secondly, Deliveroo contacted you and to check it had been cancelled to process a refund. You told them it had been delivered, which it hadn’t and our doorbell proved that.Luckily Deliveroo handled the case and refunded the amount. But as mentioned above, if you took the call from us, told Deliveroo you had cancelled it your end there wouldn’t have been a problem. Instead, you saw the $$ which were a one off and guaranteed we would never use you ever again. Nothing is ever gained from winning an argument but losing a customer.

    The food itself was okay, but just seemed very expensive for the portion sizes you got. £ for mozzarella sticks that had literally no mozzarella in them! The mixed kebab was nice but not worth the £ it cost, most kebab shops sell all the meats in a big silver tray for less! - tried uploading photos of the mozzarella sticks but they wouldn’t upload
